If the products You purchased are defective and does not work properly...

Purchases made on this Website offer a One-Year Warranty from the date of purchase;
The Warranty claim needs to be requested by email or by the following contact form to proceed evaluation of the defective product status.

If You are not satisfied with the products You purchased...

Purchases made on this Website offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee;
We are aware that You may change your mind after your purchasing decision. 
If You are not happy with your product, You can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery to claim for refund or replacement.

Full refund including any shipping costs incurred when ordering is secured under the following conditions. 
Please be aware that the return shipping charges for international orders made outside Japan will not be paid or reimbursed by Marumi and will be the customer's burden and responsibility.

  • All returned items must be in new or like new condition along with original packaging. Wear and tear of the products are not allowed. 

  • The postmark of the return product must be within 30 days from the date You received goods. 

  • Items marked as "outlet" special sales are not subject to this Satisfaction Guarantee, but are subject to the Warranty of defective or damaged products

  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value are not subject to this Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • No claims shall be allowed or credits provided for Goods returned without the Company’s authority, and no claims shall be made or allowed later than 30 days after receipt of the Goods by the Customer.
