If you have 72mm lens threads and want to fit 82mm Magnetic Slim filter, you need a Magnetic Slim Step-Up Adapter 72-82mm.

The “Marumi Magnetic Slim Step-Up Adapter” cannot be attached to the “Magnetic Slim Lens Protect/Adp.”

The only filters attachable to the Step-Up Adapter are Magnetic Slim Filters with a magnetic base. General screw-in filters without magnetic bases, including screw-in type Magnetic Slim Lens Protect/Adp.) cannot be attached.
